I have enjoyed my last two days at Leez Priory preparing Ann for her wedding day yesterday and Aimee today.  I am awaiting photos of Ann but I managed to get a few today of Aimee.  It was very hectic today as I had to be on the go at 6am as I had ten hairstyles to create with a 1.30pm church wedding.  Aimee had a horse and carriage which was absolutely beautiful.  Aimee had 9 bridesmaids, all looked so beautiful today.  Photos below.  I am at Firs Hill tomorrow to help Megan get ready for her wedding day.

Just spent the weekend working at Leez Priory with Karen Dodd getting married and back at Leez Priory on Bank Holiday Monday with Abi and her 4 bridesmaids.  Such lovely brides and their bridesmaids too.  Abi was very very lucky with the weather as she had beautiful sunshine.  Tomorrow I am back at Leez Priory to help Ann prepare for her wedding day and again on Friday to help prepare Aimee and her 8 bridesmaids and Mothers of Bride/Groom get ready for their wedding day.  On Saturday I am at Firs Hill in Margaretting to prepare Megan for her wedding day.  Wow, its busy.  To top the weekend off I am doing my neice Ellas hair for her First Holy Communion in Braintree.    I have just had a peek at the week ahead and it looks like another week of trials and weddings.  Please follow me on Twitter to see instantly how my brides are looking or follow my facebook page Professional Hair and Makeup by Gail Gardner to see my professional photos of all my recent brides.  Will update this page soon with all my up and coming brides.  Gail x

Hi all.  It has been a very busy few weeks so I do apologise for not updating my blog sooner.  I have been working with many brides that are either getting married and having their trials or brides on their wedding day.  I have been working at Gosfield Hall, Leez Priory, The Reid Rooms, Newland Hall, Crondon Park, Blake Hall and many other venues over the past three weeks alone along with Proms etc.  I have uploaded all my brides on my professional facebook page with is Professional Hair and Makeup by Gail Gardner and also daily on Twitter, if you would like to keep up to date.  I am uploading a few of my styles here for you to see but do keep an eye on my hair and makeup images on this site and also on this blog.  I hope you like the work I have been carrying out, please feel free to copy these images and take them to your hairdressers if there is anything you like.  Gail x

Here are my two beautiful prom girls, Maria Skipsey and Alice Masters, that had their prom at Crondon Park on Friday.  Also here is my bride Aimee, that came for a trial today.  She is getting married at Leez Priory later this month.

On Friday I worked with a lovely bride, Sara at Gosfield Hall.  On Saturday I was back at Gosfield Hall carrying out hair and makeup for another lovely bride, Sarah and her Bridemaid.  Sarahs husband was so romantic!  On the morning of her wedding, his gift to her was a Story Book which he created about their five years together and he called the book ‘Sarahs Fairytale’.  So Romantic!  When I got home that afternoon I spent the rest of the day getting girls ready for the Prom at Crondon Park.

Well what a busy time I have had.  I have met with some of the loveliest people over the last couple of weeks right up to this morning.  I met with beautiful Kaoru today, who was visiting from Japan to finalise all her wedding ends for her wedding at Leez Priory in August.  Her fiance also attended the trial, which was lovely as he saw his future bride transform into a princess (photos below).  I also met with lovely Abi who is getting married at Leez Priory later this month.  Abi had envisaged a style she would like but her blonde hair was not quite long enough so we incorporated some extensions and she looked amazing (see below). I also carried out hair and makeup with a lovely bride, Lisa Pender who married at Newland Hall, (photos below).  I also met with lovely Tarnya who was married at Spains Hall last week, she arranged for her husband to arrive by helicopter.  She also had a Chocky Wocky Doo Dah cake which looked amazing (all photos below).  I also met with Jenny who married at Blake Hall in Ongar on Saturday and Genevieve who married at Leez Priory on Sunday (photos below).   I have also met with Helen who needed her hair and makeup carried out for a piano recital concert she was holding at the Southbank in London, she was very nervous.  Yesterday I met with Roxana Shales who is getting married at Maidens Barn and I have also met with Laura who is getting married at Little Channels but no photos are displayed as these brides wanted them to be kept under wraps!!   I am at Gosfield Hall tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday to meet with the lovely Sara and Sarah.  Good Luck ladies.  Here are all the photos of the above.:
