Well, what a real mix of work I have had of late. Trials, Weddings and backstage of the local theatre in Chelmsford for the Lion, Witch and Wardrobe and to finish off a very hectic week of late nights and early starts, I went to London on Sunday to support my brother in the London Marathon. Here we are now at the beginning of the week and again my week is full of Trials, Weddings and Proms. The week ahead I am at Leez Priory, Spains Hall, Gosfield Hall and the Reid Rooms. All beautiful venues. Good luck to all the lovely brides to be I met this week and also to all the lovely brides getting married this week too.
I have also met a lovely lady called Claire from Cheeky Doodles Face Painting. Claire does all the face painting for Jamie Oliver and for all his Street Parties in London. I thought she was fabulous so I have managed to get her details. She specialises in beautiful face painting for weddings, with girls and princesses and boys as princes with the odd snake or two somewhere incorporated. Read MoreToday I spent the morning with Lisa Prophet and her bridal party. I carried out all the hair for Lisa and her 3 bridesmaids. Lisa is getting married today at 2.30pm. Her dress was beautiful and she opted for a veil. No tiara, just beautiful sparkling pins. Photos to will follow soon. I trained as a Makeup Artist in London alongside some of the industries most famous makeup artists. You will often find me at Masterclasses, keeping up to date with the latest trends. My aim is for my brides to looked absolutely stunning on their wedding day and that they enjoy receiving endless compliments about their hair and makeup all day long.
